21 Day Fix Day 4

So I am watching my nephew today plus my two boys so 3 kids 3 and under! I am all in I woke at 5 to get my workout in and then baked fish for the day! Feeling extremely accomplished already. The leg workout was hare. I was sweating pretty good. I love that autumn doesn’t have big breaks between each move. It makes me feel like I am accomplishing a lot in 30 minutes. I even snuck in her 10 minutes abs! Which was hard for me I am still working on getting my ab strength back from having my boys. But so far so good.

Day 2 of the 21 Day Fix

so day 2 is here! So much of the bloat from the weekend away with my friend has left me! Still feeling strong. Keeping my food super simple mostly fish and veggies. Been drinking tons of water iT is over 90 degrees out which is hot for michigan. I love that I don’t feel like I am on a diet just simple eating. loved the upper fix extreme workout. I didn’t think I would but it challenged me a lot. I struggle with push ups but I didn’t want to stop and pushed thru! I was even able to do this workout with my kids around!

One Day Till I Start 21 Day Fix Extreme

So I start the program in one day! I am excited and nervous. I am leading a group of 12 people to help keep us accountable and sticking to the plan. Its crazy to me how nervous I get before starting a new exercise program. I never know what to expect and if I am going to be able to do all the moves in the workout. But I love that I am leading a challenge group I feel like accountability is so important and sharing your fears and struggles with others helps you overcome. I am so ready to challenge myself and I cant wait to help others see results! Day one bring it on!!!!
