So I am watching my nephew today plus my two boys so 3 kids 3 and under! I am all in I woke at 5 to get my workout in and then baked fish for the day! Feeling extremely accomplished already. The leg workout was hare. I was sweating pretty good. I love that autumn doesn’t have big breaks between each move. It makes me feel like I am accomplishing a lot in 30 minutes. I even snuck in her 10 minutes abs! Which was hard for me I am still working on getting my ab strength back from having my boys. But so far so good.
